We combine material-based consulting, simulation and component design with the development of innovative ideas as the basis of successful serial production. Our employees stay in close contact with our customers and work with them to develop new, cost-effective solutions.
We create component prototypes as well as trial and pre-series tools. The knowledge gained in this process is then incorporated into the tool design process. This makes collaborative working very efficient for our customers.
The precision of the tool is a decisive quality factor. We develop, design and manufacture tools. In addition, an expert tool repair service is available at all locations to provide maintenance and servicing of injection moulding tools.
Production of the plastic parts is fully automated – from the material feed to the various manufacturing processes and subsequent part removal. Our machine building is home to around 100 machines. We process virtually every type of engineering thermoplastic, flame-retardant V0 material and high-temperature-resistant material.
Fully automatic mounting – partly by means of robots – supplements the scope of services offered by our company. Our mounting systems are partially connected directly to the injection moulding machines. Complex mounting processes aligned to the specific product requirements are carried out in manufacturing islands.
Quality is our highest priority. Our production lines include proprietary QA processes that either eliminate errors from the outset or identify them immediately – for zero-defect production.
